Verrel mengaku dirinya ingin menyentuh hidup masyarakat luas serta membantu mereka melalui dunia politik. Terlebih lagi, ia mengaku ingin memperjuangkan hak korban KDRT.

Diketahui bahwa dirinya akan maju sebagai calon legislatif DPR RI dari daerah pilihan di Jawa Barat. Soal mengapa dirinya memilih PAN, Verrel mengaku bahwa dirinya merasa diberikan kesempatan oleh PAN.
Menanggapi hal ini, wakil ketua umum Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Yoga Mauladi mengatakan bahwa Verrel adalah contoh yang bagus bagi kaum gen Z.
“Verrel Contoh kaum gen Z yang punya kesadaran politik tinggi” Ujarnya.
Menambah Daftar Artis di PAN
Menjelang 2024, sederet artis tanah air memutuskan terjun ke dunia politik. Termasuk beberapa artis yang bergabung dengan PAN sebelum Verrel Bramasta.
Sederet artis yang sudah bergabung dengan PAN sebelum Verrel ialah Uya Kuya, Pasha Ungu, Enda Ungu, Denny Cagur hingga Elly Sugigi.
