Rekamjabar.com (Kota Bandung) – Peringatan HUT Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) dan Hari Guru Nasional, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung memberikan penghargaan kepada guru bertempat di SMP 43 Bandung. Senin, (25/11/2024)
Para guru dinilai mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi siswa, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Penghargaan langsung diberikan oleh Penjabat Wali Kota Bandung, A. Koswara.
Koswara mengatakan, momen ini merupakan refleksi dan apresiasi peran para guru dalam memperkuat komitmen bersama untuk membangun pendidikan yang lebih baik.
“Saya ingin mengajak kita semua untuk merenungkan betapa pentingnya peran seorang guru dalam kehidupan. Setiap orang hebat di dunia ini pasti memiliki guru yang menjadi bagian dari perjalanan hidupnya,” kata Koswara.
Menurutnya, guru bukan hanya pengajar, tetapi juga pembimbing, inspirator, dan motivator. Dalam setiap kelas yang mereka ajar, mereka tidak hanya memberikan ilmu, tetapi juga membentuk karakter, menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, dan menciptakan generasi yang berakhlak.
“Dalam konteks Kota Bandung, kita patut berbangga hati karena guru-guru di kota ini telah menunjukkan dedikasi dan kerja keras yang luar biasa. di tengah tantangan yang tidak sedikit, seperti perkembangan teknologi, dinamika sosial, hingga dampak pandemi, para guru terus beradaptasi dan berinovasi demi menjaga kualitas pembelajaran,” beber Koswara.
“Jadi guru itu mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman,” imbuhnya
