Tokoh muda sekaligus Pembina BKPRMI yang biasa disapa A Yosa itu dalam agenda tersebut menjadi narasumber atau pemateri mengenai penguatan kelembagaan baik kelembagaan BKPRMI atau TPA sendiri. Menurutnya anggota dewan juga harus mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat melalui kelembagaan agar keadilan fiskal bisa terwujud.
“Alhamdulillah saya sebagai pembina dan narasumber sekaligus mensosialisasikan apa yang ada di provinsi dan juga sebagai bentuk materi penguatan dalam hal kelembagaan, kami sebagai anggota dewan wajib juga mendengarkan aspirasi-aspirasi masyarakat melalui kelembagaan khususnya disini kelembagaan BKPRMI, ini karena dengan kondisi Kuningan yang seperti ini tentunya harus ada bantuan rutin dari provinsi untuk bagaimana caranya kebijakan fiskal itu adalah di kelembagaan khususnya BKPRMI.” ujar A Yosa yg juga sebagai Pembina BKPRMI Kab.Kuningan
Selain itu ia juga berharap dengan penguatan kelembagaan yang sudah ia sampaikan BKPRMI bisa menjadi contoh bagi lembaga lainnya khususnya dalam lembaga pendidikan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Ia juga berharap kesinambungan program baik kabupaten, provinsi maupun pusat menjadi satu bagian yang tidak terpisahkan untuk memajukan kelembagaan.

Pembinaan ini sendiri merupakan program rutin yang digelar oleh BKPRMI setiap tahunnya. Ketua BKPRMI Kuningan Dr. Insan Nulyaman, M.Pd.i mengatakan bahwa agenda ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari agenda P2KG yang diakan BKPRMI pada Oktober lalu. Selain itu ia juga berterimakasih karena selalu dihadiri langsung oleh A Yosa sebagai pembina dan berkenan menjadi narasumber untuk berbagi ilmu dengan BKPRMI.”
