Selain memaparkan kekayaan seni budaya di Kuningan, seperti tradisi Seren Taun Cigugur, Kawin Cai, dan Pesta Dadung, Sudama Dipa juga memaparkan bahwa semangat utama KPID Jabar adalah memajukan lembaga penyiaran agar dapat menyuguhkan konten siaran yang sehat dan turut membantu mempersiapkan SDM lembaga penyiaran yang lebih profesional. Salah satu hal yang dapat dipertahankan dari lembaga penyiaran adalah informasi yang cepat diterima oleh masyarakat dan telah terverifikasi, pun diawasi oleh KPI dan/ atau KPID.
