Hal itu disampaikan Sri Mulyani dalam jumpa pers di Jakarta pada Jumat pagi (24/2/2023), menyusul status anaknya Mario Dandy Satrio (MDS) yang dijadikan tersangka dalam kasus kekerasan.
Terungkapnya kasus kekerasan yang menimpa MDS ini kemudian mengundang kritikan terhadap gaya hidup mewah dari keluarga RAT. Bermula dari berbagai kendaraan mewah yang dimiliki MDS, muncul tudingan tentang laporan harta kekayaan RAT.
Sebagai informasi, RAT selama ini menjabat sebagai Kepala Bagian Umum Direktorat Jendral Pajak (DJP) Kemenkeu Kanwil Jakarta Selatan II.
Dalam jumpa pers itu, Sri Mulyani mengatakan dirinya telah meminta RAT dicopot dari jabatan strukturalnya. Ia mengumumkan pencopotan RAT di Dirjen Pajak mulai Jumat (24/2/2023).
“Mulai hari ini, saudara RAT saya minta untuk dicopot dari tugas dan jabatannya,” kata Sri Mulyani.
Pencopotan itu, menurutnya, didasarkan Pasal 31 ayat 1 Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 94 tahun 2021 mengenai disiplin pegawai negeri sipil.
Lebih lanjut Sri Mulyani menyatakan dirinya meminta Inspektorat Jenderal agar seluruh proses pemeriksaan dilakukan secara detail dan teliti.
“agar seluruh proses pemeriksaan [terhadap RAT] dilakukan secara detail dan teliti” Kata Sri Mulyani.
“Sehingga kemudian bisa menentukan tingkat hukuman disiplin yang kami dapat tetapkan” Lanjutnya.
RAT mulai diperiksa sejak Kamis (23/2/2023). Melalui pemeriksaan ini, Sri Mulyani berharap dapat mengetahui apakah harta kekayaan yang dimiliki keluarga RAT itu termasuk dalam kategori wajar atau tidak.
Diduga Ada Penyamaran Laporan Kekayaan
Ditengah sorotan publik terhadap anaknya yang berstatus tersangka dalam kasus penganiayaan terhadap seorang putra pengurus GP ansor, seorang peneliti lembaga Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW) mencurigai pejabat pajak RAT menyamarkan laporan harta kekayaannya.
Kasus kekerasan yang melibatkan anak pejabat pajak Jaksel ini juga memunculkan tanda tanya terhadap upaya pemerintah mencegah pelanggaran integritas para pejabatnya yang “bergaya hidup mewah”.
Kepala Bagian Umum Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kemenkeu Kanwil Jakarta Selatan II, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, telah meminta maaf kepada keluarga David, PBNU, dan GP Ansor atas perbuatan anaknya yang bernama Mario Dandy Satrio.
Dilansir dari BBC News Indonesia, Rafael Alun Trisambodo mengaku “siap memberikan klarifikasi” atas laporan harta kekayaannya yang sejauh ini terlaporkan sebesar Rp56 miliar. Dia juga mengaku siap diperiksa Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) terkait harta kekayaan yang dimilikinya.
“Saat ini Inspektorat Jenderal Kemenkeu bekerja sama dengan unit kepatuhan internal Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sedang melakukan proses pemanggilan dalam rangka pemeriksaan terhadap pegawai yang bersangkutan,” kata juru bicara Kementerian Keuangan, Yustinus Prastowo, dalam keterangan resmi, Rabu (22/2).
Sebelumnya, Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani mengecam gaya hidup mewah yang dilakukan oleh keluarga jajaran Kemenkeu.
“Kemenkeu mengecam gaya hidup mewah yang dilakukan oleh keluarga jajaran Kemenkeu yang menimbulkan erosi kepercayaan terhadap integritas Kementerian Keuangan dan menciptakan reputasi negatif kepada seluruh jajaran Kemenkeu yang telah dan terus bekerja secara jujur, bersih, dan profesional,” cuitnya lewat unggahan di akun instagramnya @smindrawati, Rabu (22/2).
Seorang sosiolog menyebut kasus ini viral di media sosial karena masyarakat menginginkan keadilan yang cepat atas pelaku kekerasan.
