Kepala Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Jabar Hery Antasari menjadi Pj Wali Kota Bogor, Staf Ahli Gubernur Bidang Pemerintahan Hukum dan Politik Pemdaprov Jabar Engkus Sutisna menjadi Pj Bupati Ciamis, dan Plh Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) Kementerian Dalam Negeri Yuda Ramli menjadi Pj Bupati Sumedang.
PJ Gubernur Jabar Bey mengingatkan pentingnya integritas dan transparansi dalam menjalankan tugas fungsi sebagai kepala daerah. Kepemimpinan harus didasarkan prinsip moral yang tinggi.
“Kita harus berkomitmen untuk melayani masyarakat dengan penuh dedikasi dan tanpa pamrih serta menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat,” kata Bey.
Selain itu, dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan, ia mengingatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas menjadi pedoman utama dalam memimpin.
“Tidak ada ruang untuk pemborosan dan administrasi yang lamban dalam mewujudkan visi pembangunan daerah. Setiap keputusan yang diambil pada akhirnya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Bey meminta kepada penjabat yang baru dilantik agar mendengarkan keluhan dan masukan dari masyarakat selama 24 jam sehari.
“Saya meminta kepada penjabat yang baru dilantik agar sering ke lapangan untuk mendengarkan keluhan dan masukan dari masyarakat serta membuka pintu komunikasi selama 24 jam sehari dan tujuh hari seminggu untuk berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat,” sebut Bey.
Ia mengingatkan untuk mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat dalam setiap keputusan yang dibuat.
“Kita adalah pelayan masyarakat. Tugas kita memastikan suara dan kebutuhan masyarakat selalu didengar dan diprioritaskan,” tambahnya.
Ia berharap amanah yang telah diberikan kepada penjabat yang dilantik akan membawa kemajuan dan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik untuk masyarakat.
“Harapan besar masyarakat tentunya tertumpu kepada Saudara sebagai pemimpin daerah,” tutup Bey.
