Rekamjabar.com (Kab.Kuningan) – Sosialisasi Pemetaan sarana dan prasarana Desa tahun anggaran 2023 bagi Kepala Desa dan kelurahan se-Kabupaten Kuningan di gelar oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Kuningan. Bertempat di Ball Room Hotel Grage Sangkan, Sangkanurip Kecamatan Cigandamekar. Rabu (31/05/2023)
Acara yang dibuka oleh Bupati Kuningan, H. Acep Purnama, SH MH tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman Kepada para Kepala Desa dan meminta bantuan untuk membantu Dinas DPMD, terkait pendataan sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Desa sehingga ke depan, terdapat database lengkap mengenai sarana dan prasarana yang ada di desa dan pemberdayaannya. Turut mendampingi, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat Desa, Drs. H. Dudi Pahrudin, M.Si.
Disampaikan oleh Hj. Yaryar Hiaruhu, A. KS., M. Si. Selaku Kepala Bidang Sumber daya alam & teknologi tepat guna, bahwa sosialisasi ini didasari oleh kebutuhan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa, terkait efektifitas perencanaan 5 tahun mendatang sehingga capaian program yang akan di lakukan akan efektif dan efisien.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Acep menyampaikan bahwa dengan ditetapkannya UU No 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Desa tidak lagi menjadi obyek program dan kegiatan supra Desa, namun Desa juga menjadi subyek pembangunan sesuai dengan kewenangan Desa.
“Adanya kewenangan yang diserta dengan diberikannya Dana Desa, menjadi sebuah peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi para Kepala Desa guna mewujudkan Visi Misi sebagai Kepala Desa yang diselaraskan dengan Visi Misi Daerah dan Nasional. Untuk itu diperlukan seorang kepala Desa yang Visioner guna wujudkan Desa yang Maju dan Mandiri” kata Acep.
Untuk mewujudkan kemandirian tersebut, kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki dan atau berada di Desa menjadi salah satu input untuk menetapkan perencanaan, sehingga pemerintah desa mempunyai sarana untuk menginventarisir prasarana desa sekaligus menetapkan kebijakan pembangunan desa.
“Oleh karena itu, melalui pemetaan sarana dan prasarana ini diharapkan mampu mewujudkan database untuk perencanaan kegiatan yang tepat guna dan tepat sasaran, sehingga dapat memiliki daya ungkit dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi yang akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan.” Ujar Acep.
Lebih lanjut, Acep juga menyampaikan apresiasi dan terimakasih kepada para kepala desa yang sudah berupaya memaksimalkan potensi yang Desa miliki.
“Penghargaan setinggi-tingginya saya ucapkan kepada Para Kepala Desa dan Lurah yang hadir disini, karena telah memaksimalkan potensi Desa melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang berbasis pada upaya peningkatan kapasitas, keterampilan dan produktivitas masyarakat desa agar lebih maju dan mandiri dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan kehidupan masyarakatnya” Tutup Acep.
Selain di hadiri oleh seluruh Kepala Desa dan Lurah di Kabupaten Kuningan, sosialisasi ini juga menghadirkan perwakilan dari Bappeda dan Dinas Koperasi, UKM, perdagangan dan perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan
