Rekamjabar.com (Kab.Kuningan) – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat Dapil Jabar XIII (Kuningan, Ciamis, Pangandaran & Kota Banjar) Fraksi Partai Demokrat H.Yosa Octora Santono, S.Si.,M.M kembali mensosialisasikan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 15 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif kepada para pelaku UKM Sayana Center Kuningan Sabtu (06/04/2024).
Yosa mengatakan, Perda Nomor 15 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif ini sangat penting bagi masyarakat khususnya kelompok UMKM dan Koperasi. Sehingga sepatutnya disosialisasikan, salah satunya di Kabupaten Kuningan.
Kemudian lanjut Yosa menyebut data ekraf jabar mulai dari PDRB hingga 3 besar subsektor ekraf jabar.
“Kontribusi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) ekraf Jabar mencapai Rp191,3 triliun atau 20,73 persen dari total Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) ekraf nasional. Kontribusi ekspor ekraf Jabar mencapai 6,38 juta USD atau 31,93 persen dari total ekspor ekraf nasional. Jumlah usaha ekraf yang bergerak di Jabar mencapai 1,5 juta unit dengan menyerap tenaga kerja sekitar 3,8 juta.” terang Yosa
“Ekonomi Kreatif di Jawa Barat hingga kini masih disumbang oleh tiga besar subsektor, yakni kerajinan tangan, kuliner dan fesyen. Untuk kerajinan tangan menyumbang 27,1 persen, kuliner 26,4 persen, dan fesyen 16,7 persen. Sedangkan subsektor lainnya total 29,8 persen.“ lanjut Yosa
“Alhamdulilah dalam Perda ini diatur soal perlindungan bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif, pengembangannya dan lain sebagainya yang sangat menunjang pelaku ekonomi kreatif” kata Yosa.
Diharapkan setelah sosialisasi Perda ini, masyarakat khususnya UMKM bisa mengetahui dalam mengurus perizinan, produk naik kelas atau adanya peningkatan hasil produksi, mengetahui bagaimana promosi, dan mengetahui hak dan kewajiban yang diatur dalam Perda tentang Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif.
“Diharapkan juga setelah sosialisasi Perda ini dilanjutkan adanya pelatihan khusus bagi UMKM, atau pelaku ekonomi kreatif,” harap Yosa.
